LOU CONRON – CURRICULUM VITAE
Biography – I was born in England but grew up in Southern Alberta, spending much of my early years outdoors, horseback riding, hiking and camping. Art was very prevalent in our household as my Mother was a painter so we spent many happy hours creating together. After marrying, I moved to BC, first Surrey and then Salmon Arm where I have pursued my art passionately.
Education – I am a mostly self-taught watercolour artist and have been greatly influenced by the books and works of Linda Kemp, Nita Engel and Roland Roycraft. The rest is education by trial and error.
